DVD structure

Where in the DVD structure is the command for the Play Movie button in the Main Menu? I decrypted Mona Lisa Smile using DVDdecrypter. When I hit play movie on main menu, it jumps completely over movie. Where and what is the command I need to fix?

Better probably would be to decrypt it with RipIt4Me or DVDFab HD Decrypter. Mona Lisa Smile might have an early form of ARccOS protection that DVD Decrypter doesn't handle, or doesn't handle well.

Just use DVDFabDecrypter.

I may have used DVDFabDecrypter, i don't remember. Anyway, I don't have the original disc to try again. I would like to learn more of the DVD structure because I have had other issues while trying to remove or skip unwanted vobs using ifoedit.

Well, the first piece of advice would be to not use IFOEdit. Use PGCEdit instead. Learn to use the 'Trace' so you can follow what the commands do. Once you learn what happens after you put the DVD into the player, and what happens when you click on menu buttons, then you can teach yourself how to change those commands. Read its very good manual file to learn its ins and outs:
