Need help bruning dvd-r / audio

So i have AVI files and I used program called convertxtodvd, I uploaded my avi files converter them did that whole processes then burned them to a dvd-r it work the video worked but no audio at all? What did I do wrong? what could have gone wrong do I have the wrong program? someone please help ive wasted so many hours on this trying to do this solo and I cant seem to get it done so im seeking advice. I really liked this program it burned great video quality and it was fairly fast about 20 mins SO I would like to keep using this program but if there is another program that burns audio and video and maybe my program doesnt do audio I dont know please let me know.

no program can handle every file. install mediainfo put it in text mode, and open the avi source files. take a screen shot or copy and paste the text results here.
