MP4 corruption Need Help

Hi ive recorded a video file on a mobile phone which is corrupted i am a complete novice and would require assistance on how to repair the video or instructions on how i could repair it myself... ive read about hex editors etc but have no experience on where to start using it from lol. please be paitent with me.....

If it's corrupted, it likely can't be fixed at all. Corruption implies data is lost or damaged.

thanks for the reply......, cant you repair the headers tho, from another file from the same camera, device used?? i read somewhere that may be possible??
