  1. Hi all

Can anyone tell me what I need to download in order for me to play my JVC mds on windows 7 media player. My sony mds play no problem but for some reason the jvc mds appear to be empty. I have tried downloading codecs and converters but neither did any good. You're my last hope!

  2. Hi all

Can anyone explain what I need to do to play my jvc mds on windows 7 media player? I have tried installing codecs and converters but to no avail. Help anyone, please? My sony mds play but they are dvd+rw, whereas my jvc mds are dvd-rw. Does that really make all the difference?!

  4. I thought md stood for mini disc? Excuse my ignorance. And they are videos (recorded on my camcorder) and now I'm trying to play and save on my laptop but the media player keeps telling me the discs are empty or the formatting of them not compatible to Windows 7.

the jvc may not finalize them. put them back in the cam and see if it's an option.
