Computer shut down initiated (Log)....... (ConvertXtoDVD4)

And nothing happens.

Shutdown PC when finished is checked in ConvertXtoDVD4 (v.324)
And ConvertXtoDVD4 closes.

Have tested with unnecessary services and applications stopped.
Nothing in window event log's.
