I am useing MCE2005. I have an ATI 4550 card with HDMI output for video and sound....To make a long story short it appears this card does not support nor ever will have drivers for true HD audio in MCE2005 according to techs at ATI....So. I use a sound blaster with Opticle output for my sound when I play Blu-rays. It gives me DTS HD but not True HD...From what I understand I can only get True HD if it runs through the HDMI cable....My question. Is there a card that will support uncompressed True HD as well as DTS HD? My receiver is a pioneer Elite that plays flawless DTS HD but with my current card it has to Decode the True HD signal which definatly reduces sound quality. So easy it will be if I can find a card to support both audio and video through HDMI with no stupid adaptor converting DVI to HDMI and is supported in MCE2005.....
