avstodvd problem...

While trying avstodvd for the first time I used a dl'd mkv file with avc1 and dts...Within a couple seconds of starting the process I am interrupted by 3 error messages that contain nothing I understand.. my question is (due to copy text option) am I able to post the incomprehensible text (for me) here so that I might find a reason this particular file is giving me problems... any help would be greatly appreciated.... I have used the program only once before and it did everything (automatically) great... I just made a switch from avs converter to avstodvd and with its hard to find online guides and what I have read I'm at a loss....is the possibility an install error concerning the haali splitter... I think I installed it but am not sure... I will check settings to see if possible... but just as extra info I have cccp and typically run vlc and nero6... soon to be using imgburn if its as good as I hear....
