  1. Hey Guys, I have a Compaq CQ-61 and i was wondering if i could get a Hauppauge HD to work with no problems....?

    General specs like those aren't very helpful. For one thing, a specific processor type and speed isn't listed. If you can post a description of the exact hardware in the laptop you have or plan to buy, then maybe you will get an answer. Otherwise, nobody will be able to give you one.

    If you can view those smoothly your laptop can probably capture with the HD PVR. Try running MPCHC with its built in h.264 decoders. The Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD has hardware AVC decoding so it will probably work.
