Hauppauge HVR 2250 won't work with PCIE 2.0

After not being able to install this, I called manufacturer and they told me this card won't work with PCIE 2.0 slot, although they may upgrade in future.

Any suggestions about a card that will work with this (and Vista 64)?

The 2250 has dual everything--two analog and two digital tuners, so I'd like to find one that has two analogue but I've heard they're not allowed to sell without digital which is okay with me. Or I could buy on ebay, but it has to work with pcie 2.0.

I suppose I could use a usb one, but I prefer a card.

Don't you have a PCIe 1x/4x or 8x slot? that all it need.
In most case the frist 16x slot are usely only for a Graphic Card only or only if you have one PCIe 16x slot like the in case with mini of thoses MicroATX motherboard.
