    Hello there!
I have serious question. As you can see in the attachment this is the shape that a client of mine wants their video at. However they don't want the black area to be shown at the video. Can you tell me how can I achieve that in Premiere or DaVinci? Result should be something like this:

What does that mean? They don't want the underlying video shown in that area , or "black" being shown in that area ? If that area is not black, then what is it supposed to be ?

Is that a bad example ? That just has a line overlay. The "black area" is shown in the video

If that area is supposed to be "transparent", then it the final format would need to support alpha channel. Most deliverable video types do not support this

As it can be seen on the video this black area has turned into the foreground video with a blur but keeping the shape in tact. So I am looking to achieve this, using the attachment as a template.

  4. Sorry I didn't play the YT video. The preview poster frame shows something different

You can use a cutout mask. There are many different ways to do this.

In PP use 3 layers. The top most layer is the attachment. The mid layer is a blurred version of the video (apply a blur effect eg. gaussian blur, or some other blur), bottom layer is original video. Use the alpha channel because in your attachment is black is not 100% black, it's RGB (3,3,3), where as the alpha channel is correct (0 in the middle, 255 on the borders) . Apply "track matte key" to the middle layer, specify matte as the top layer (the attachement), and set it to "matte alpha"
