  1. I'm trying to create a high Quality for for youtube.

    I'm exporting a DV stream from FCP.

    I put the file into the source format window and it says unrecognized.

    I then change the output file to MP4.

    When I encode it does not save the file anywhere - even to the targed "save as" destination

    Any Ideas? I got this technique from a Youtube video on how to get the HQ option to appear using this tool.

  4. This is my first time using this program - Didn't know any better. If you look the link to the tutorial I used i followed it exactly.

  5. It seems as thoug no matter what I put in there . . . DV stream, .MOV or whatever - it does not work - it comes back unrecognized.

    Whats up with that?

    If you export as DV with just one audio stream at 48 kHz, maybe that would be recognized easier?
