when using MMC7.5 to capture in DVD mode. People sound like they are all from the South Park bunch. It is a shame this happens, because was able to capture video very nicely with very minimal frames dropped.
V-Dub does capture everything great, but takes too much space. Anyone knows how to fine the setting in MMC7.5 DVD setting, so that the sound won't sound distorted. Thanks.

As for the high pitched sound issue, go to the command prompt and do this:
cd\program files\common files\ravisent shared
regsvr32 /u DSCinemAudioDecoder.dll
You should now have proper audio. What this does is tell WinXP to stop using the ravisent engine to play the DVD audio. Because XP has a built-in DVD player, it simply uses the audio engine from that player I believe. In fact, if you have another DVD player installed, like PowerDVD, it'll probably just use that player's audio engine. -
I had some problem when captureing with 7.5 I have the old Radeon 32 meg DDR put windows 2000 in no capture problem's just one thing capture VCD first them MPEG2 so you do not drop frames
