Plz someone help~ switching audio files in VCL player...?

Hi,
I was hoping someone could help me get my audio files in VCL player to switch. I downloaded a Russian movie, that has the ability to play English & Ukrainian Audio instead of the Russian.

The download consisted of 3 files. The movie is in .avi, & the English & Ukrainian separate audio files are .ac3 *These files will all play separately in VCL, but will not add in/play the other audio tracks when I'm playing the movie.

If anyone knows how i can fix this? if there is a special codec for it? or is there is a special video player i need? I would greatly appreciate it.

Just a guess, because I haven't tried this. In VLC, use 'Advanced Open File' and check 'Play another media syncronously...' And you may be able to direct the player to an alternate audio file. But there might be an easier way that another member knows.

The other way is to put the video in a video editor and mux the other audio track with it.

Thanks for your response~ I've already tried the 'Advanced Open File' However it still wont play it. So i was hoping there was another way? maybe in the way there named or something... lol~ i don't know. I've never had this problem before, so i was just wondering what maybe wrong.

As far as the other way you mentioned...using a video editor? are there any free / good ones anyone could suggest?
