Does anyone know a programm specialized in telecine conversion (and reverse telecine) methods for any frame rate?

for soft telecine of MPEG2 streams , DGPulldown . Some encoders can do hard telecine

for soft telecine of AVC streams, DGAVCPulldown , but it's still beta.
