  1. I have a vcd movie which has a loud buzzing in the back ground, and would like to filter it out.
I have extracted the video and audio using TMPEGEnc converted the audio to a Wav file then filtered it to clear the buzzing using Cooledit
, but had no luck when trying to reMultiplex the files back to an MPEG file.

Is there an easier way to cleanup the audio in a VCD file?

    Thanks for any help

  2. try Re-Encoding it with TMPGE using the Wav as the audio source.
