    Dears good day...

    I'm new in ripping dvd and converting video files. and I would like to learn it to be Pro.
    can some one help me in this..

    some notes about what I see in this world...

    I'm using MPC as my video player... some times I find that some files with .avi file ext. and have 2 subtitles, some No.
    and IN .mkv files some has chapter and some no???

    what I want to learn, How can do all this...

    I will be appreciated if you guide me....

    You need to figure out what exactly you want to be your final product. AVI is just a "box" to put your video into. There could be Xvid in the box, Divx in the box, etc etc etc.
