Currently, i'm using cccp codec and I used mkvmerge and extract to get the audio out. The audio was supposed to be 24mins long, but instead it dragged all the way till 26mins. And I used meGUI to encode video & audio together, it also says 26mins. And after encoding them together, there was nothing at the last 2 mins. Also for your information, I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium.

However, the audio works on Klite Codec pack. But I'm no good with Klite Codec Pack as there's some subtitle issues with it. Please do help me with it.

    Thanks

Probably something wrong with the mkv...even if you can play it.

But give more information. What is the audio codec in the mkv?
What are you going to convert to? Try another converter like handbrake, xmedia recode.

Thanks for the reply. I'm trying to hardcode some subtitles into the show, with the exact same mp4 format. But after encoding, it shows 26mins instead. This is extracted from MediaInfo:
