Sorry, I didnīt know where to post this and the searche engine was offline, so I couldnīt check if anyone had already asked about this. Here it goes:
I would like to prevent my VCDs (burned with Nero 5 using a 3rd party player) from being copied by my clients. I would like then to protect the player (a .exe file) and the .dat (the video) itself. I tried the CD protector (using the audio dummy tracks method) , but it required a time consuming process and CD-RW media. Furthermore, it protected the CD-CD copy, but not the copy of the files from Windows Explorer, so it didnīt work for me. Anybody can help me on that one?
Thanks a lot.

Nothing will prevent the vcd from being copied that won't interfere with its playability. -
You are wasting your time trying to make your CD-R's copy proof.

Andre,
There's no REAL way of 'Copy Protection' when your when your giving Cleints 'home-brewed' stuff ...
I'm sorta having the same problem, I film most of my 4x4 trips and convert them to vcd (by press..... (explain ?? I send my film to a hardware video press to have them done in quantity))...
Alls you can really do is copyright your material......that's about it
