Man what's up with the posts from people asking for help in getting rid of "insert latest virus name here". And there are some people here with the patience of a saint helping them get their systems clean.
Here is to you good Samaritans. My hat's off to ya! I've had to restrain from replying to these people and telling them to just pay someone that knows how to fix it!

I do freelance tech support on the side and I've had a lot of people calling lately too. The problem I'm seeing is that most of these people have fully up to date AV software suites with a full set of protection right down to a firewall, and still manage to get infected. So far 100% of these complaints have come from people that are still using Internet Explorer. Everyone I've already switched to Firefox with AdBlock Plus seem to be problem free. I'm thinking their has to be a security exploit in IE letting something though.
