Ok, here's my situation: right now, I have a HTPC, and I'm using GB-PVR for playback of divx, mkv, .iso files, etc.., and I'm using BeyondTV (the newest version) for live tv, the program guide and recording/playback of TV (I know this is supported in GB-PVR, but I prefer using BeyondTV for various reasons). I was wondering; is there a way that I could switch between the two applications by using my remote instead of my mouse? Preferably I'd keep BeyondTV running so I could record my programs.
My specs are as follows:
Computer hardware: Athlon X2 5600+, 3gb of RAM, 8400GS video card
Other hardware: Hauppauge hd-pvr with YPbPr connection from my cable box and the IR blaster pointing at it, MCE remote made by Microsoft.
Software: Windows XP professional, GB-PVR (newest verson), BeyondTV (newest version). I'm not using Girder or other IR software since GB-PVR recognizes the remote automatically due to the drivers in XP Pro, and BeyondTV has its own drivers for it.
