I've gotten real good advice from people here on these pal to ntsc conversions and thought I'd hit everyone up on this one.
I have an interlaced ntsc dvd that was actually a capture of a pal video through a universal player. It was originally 24 fps film. Is it possible to take this back to 24p? (ie; 23.976)?
Were it not for being a capture I could understand what to do. I think. I would convert from ntsc to pal. And then apply the avisynth methods I've picked up here.
But, I'm not sure exactly what that capture did.
