    Does anyone know if CCE 2.5 or 2.62 support dual processors? I can't find any info on Cinemacrafts homepage.

    I've only used 2.5, and I can't find any options in the program to enable dual-processor support. CCE is supposed to be much faster than TMPGEnc, but TMPGEnc is significantly faster on my two-processor system.

    They support dual processors well, but the question should rather be: Can this support be fully utilised? The encoder is just too fast even in a puny dual P3 configuration and requires enormous amounts of data every second. That easily becomes a bottleneck if the data is on a slow hard drive or takes too much time to decompress.
