    I am using Sound Forge with the Preset Manager and I am having some issues. When I add some Presets to the manager it ends up saying Not Installed after I save. It won't show up in Sound Forge. Also when I try to use one preset I get a ACCESS_VIOLATION then the program crashes. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

    Assuming this is a legitimate version of Sound Forge (because dodgy versions that have been patched to beat protection are often unstable and can produce unpredictable results), I would start by uninstalling the program, running ccleaner, rebooting and reinstalling to see if things improve. If they don't, head over to Sony support and give them hell.
