How to Cut out a scene in a movie using convertxtodvd

Without going into detail, I want to cut out the first 10 sec of a movie and then convert the rest as normal.

ConvertXtoDVD is a converter, not an editor. You can either cut the video first using something like AVI Demux, or you can use an avisynth script and the Trim() statement to load the video sans the first 10 seconds.
