    Issue 1:
    I used a Toshiba D-R410KU to create a Verbatim DVD+RW with about 30 titles.
I'd like to know if I can duplicate it on a PC to a new Verbatim DVD+RW such that the new disc will be editable on the Toshiba. If so, I'll delete some of the last titles on the coy and record new titles there.
I used Roxio Easy Media Creator 7 Disc Copier on an XP to copy the finalized +RW to hdd as a "DVD-Video Folder", then from the "DVD-Video Folder" to a blank +RW.
The copy was playable on the Toshiba, but not editable.
If there is a way to do this, will it work if the source were a DVD-R?

    Issue 2:
I have been making another DVD+RW on the Toshiba, and I'm up to about 40 titles. I can finalize it, but when I do a similar copy to hdd, I see an error at the end. I made a DVD-R of the "DVD-Video Folder" and the first 7 titles would play on the Toshiba. Then, the Toshiba skipped through the rest of the titles without playing them.
I thought about deleting title 8 on the original +RW and finalizing and copying again, but I didn't want to alter anything until hearing back from a pro!

    Thanks,
    Rick

  2. To create an identical +RW made on a Philips DVD recorder, I use DVDecrypter to create an iso image, then burn the iso to another disc. The copy can be edited just like the original disc.

DVD Movie Factory also works using the copy disc feature. It does the identical as above, creates an iso and then burns it to another disc.
