Issue converting a .mov to a .flv

Hey there, would be great if anyone can help me here..?

Basically I have a .Mov file of just over a minute and I want to convert it to .Flv

However, when dragged/dropped to the appropriate spot the file is listed as "unrecognised" with no audio or video listed.

When I click encode, the process ends after a second, and I get a file that is 0KB.

Upon clicking "I" I recieve this information:
