I need some help. The videos I convert to .FLVs are very choppy, even though my settings look good.

I uploaded an image with my settings.

    Here is the choppy video:

Any help would gladly be appreciated, thanks.

There seems to be a bug in ffmpeg when it comes to converting to FLV and needing to invert the stream mapping.
There is a workaround if you have QuickTime Pro.

I hope this bug is eradicated soon. Thank you Case for the workaround that you have provided, I will try it as soon as I can.

Oh, by the way, I have to invert the stream if not then FfmpegX returns with an error. Strange
