My pc auto shuts down by it self just like that, when I am converting video files HD-RMVB or h.264 files and also sometimes avi files. If just downloading from internet occasionally it will shuts down by itself, like last night. What is the problem? Normally if i am converting video files it will shut down between 40-60 mins. I've tried removing the ram to check same thing. I've just vacuum the PSU and CFU Fan dust. Waiting now. Thanks for your reply.

Just to rule out overheating as a cause, try running something like HWMonitor for a while. http://www.cpuid.com/hwmonitor.php Also check the power supply voltages with the same program. You can test RAM with something like Memtest86: http://www.memtest86.com/
Do you get any error messages after restart? In XP, go to 'Control Panel>System>System Protection>Advanced>Startup and Recovery' and uncheck 'Automatically Restart'. Then you may see an error message if the problem is software related. -
Thanks your are right its overheat. I clean up everything and its converting normally for the past 3 hours.
