Enjoying my new (refurb.) HV20! Haven't shot any 1080 24P yet, and I was thinking of doing a test scene, but I went to create a new project in PP CS3 and there is no 1080 24P, just DV 24P projects. Am I missing something here? Thanks!

Yes you are missing any support for 24f in Premiere. Conversion to 24p is complex and detailed at http://www.hv20.com/. I detailed all this out in a previous post as have others. Try search.

    I'm using the Mac method when I try 24p but I shoot 99% 1080i 29.97.

Thanks, ed. I'll check it out. I did see a post where you were talking about this, but it didn't include PP CS3, so I just wanted to see, if you had something for me. What NLE apps are ready for the HV20 1080 24P footage? Thanks again,

None as far as I know. You need to reverse the 24f telecine to 24p externally. If anything is differenent now it would be covered in that HV20.com thread.

Someone has come up with an After Effects script to convert 24f to 24p. See all the methods.

They are still pointing to this document.
