  1. Most of the PCIe video cards has three output connectors, a VGA, a DVI, and a composite Video.

Since they have a VGA and DVI, does it means they can display on dual screen?

How do I decode the 10 sentences spec if I looking for a card to display dual screens ?
X7000? Dual RAMAC ? etc.. Or it have state dual screen ?

Usually. Cards that only support a single output will usually only have a DVI-I connector and come with a DVI-I to VGA adapter.

Note that you usually can't use all three outputs at the same time, only two. Some Matrox cards support all three.
