Anyone know anything about the status/ship date for Pinnacle Bungee-the USB device that acts like a PVR? I'm really looking forward to it, if it can do what they claim.
Does anyone else know about a USB solution that captures MPEG2?
Here's the last press release from Pinnacle on the topic.

Hello,
I phoned some days ago Pinnacle for asking about this card and they said me that it will be avialable in the late summer. Except a nice review here at VcdHelp.Com when it become avialable
CU,

Unless it support USB ver 2.0 there not enougth bandwith for USB 1.1 you may forget DVD high quality audio and video plus cost to damm much.
I'am beating there claim is 100% wrong.
DVD high quality audio and video need to be MPEG2 8.0MB/sec VBR which should avg out to 9.2MB/sec.
Look at the other USB MPEG capture card the high I have seen is 352x480 at 6MB/sec. -
Late summer is what they told me in an email response to my question. Is that August 1st?
I've seen others question the quality of what USB could do via MPG2 quality but that's why I'm particularly interested in actually seeing it come out and hearing what users find.
