I am building an HTPC and I will need a hardware MPEG2 encoder card. I also require Linux compatibility. This is sort of a cloudy question, but is there any difference between the rock solid PVR-350 and the dual tuner PVR-500MCE? And I what I mean is, is the PVR-500 basically the same hardware just with two tuners? I want the same excellent quality and Linux support for this new card that already exists for the PVR-350. Thanks.
Darryl
