mp4 Chapters with Screens? Handbrake

I use Handbrake to convert my DVDs to MP4 for my iPhone, etc. Is there anyway to tag screens to each chapter? Movies from iTunes have screens for each chapter when you view the chapter list and I would like to do this for the movies I create.

Generally menus, and chapters are only available with MPEG (DVD, SVCD, VCD) type encodes. One exception is Divx Ultra, but it requires a Ultra compatible player to use them.

I don't use Itunes, so not really familiar with their formats. Someone else here may know.

Thanks, I bought 1 movie on iTunes just to get an idea of the format, bitrate, resolution, etc. The biggest thing that stands out to me is that there are stills for each chapter. My compressed movies have chapters but they lack the stills to show at each chapter, not necessary and nothing to do with functionality but i'd like to do it anyways.
