    Hi Baldrick and others
    Here's my problem...
I have ripped a BR movie to HDD using AnyDVD HD. So far so good.
Following your tutorial I run Ripbot264 (latest) and it begins to demux video and audio.
But then I get this message:

    DirectShowSource: Couldn't open file J:\temp\Ripbot264temp\Job1\video.mkv.
An object or name was not found.
    (J:\temp\Ripbot264temp\job1\GetInfo.avs line2)

Anyone else come across this message, and what can I do about it??

    Thanks in advance
    Zen

I guess the demux didn't work. Does the video.mkv exist in that folder?

Have you tried upgrade to latest ripbot264 1.11?
Have you tried make a .ts using tsmuxer and then open it in ripbot264?

  6. Something like this happens on Vista frequently. If you are on Vista, it won't let you write to the directory unless you run as administrator and disable UAC

I am experiencing the exact same problem with Ripbot264 on my desktop running XP. Does anyone have a workaround for this problem?

I've had two BDs that did that, and ripping them to the HDD with AnyDVD, then using Tsmuxer and choosing the desired steams, muxing, then running RipBot worked on both, at least for MKV conversion.
