    Hi all,

I have a 76 min VCD-compliant MPEG1 file, and when I try to burn with Nero onto an 80-min CD, it won't let me, saying that the CD media is not large enough. I have selected the VCD function of Nero. I tried to enable overburning in the preferences, selecting 80 min, but that didn't help.

What do I need to do? Should I set the overburn to a higher value? I was a little nervous about this because Nero indicates that setting too large a value could damage your burner.

    Thanks,

    Mike

    Thanks for the reply.

    The file is 761,573 kbytes.

  4. Try using VCDeasy to author and burn it. If you still have problems, I would look either at the media you are using or your burner (it may not support 80 min media).
