  1. (I hope this is in the right place, if not, i'm really, really sorry...& i'm using Sony Vegas Pro 8.0).

Okay, somehow i've managed to do this and I don't know how :\

I was using the Generated Media for text, and managed to drag it off the screen, so when I click the little button, it's off the screen, how do I get it back?

I tried closing & reopening Sony Vegas Pro 8.0 and a new project, but neither worked.

Please, please help, thankyou so much in advance

If it's a regular page that shows a title in your task bar, you could try R clicking that title, then select 'Move' with a L click and drag it back to your main screen. I lose stuff all the time to my second monitor and get it back that way. That saves having to turn on the second monitor. (My projector) to drag it back. Works in Vista anyway.

Since this seems more of a computer question, moving to the Computer Forum.

  5. Try Alt+Space and then M (move). Then arrow keys to move it back on screen.

Vegas does allow you to set and store different window layouts. Ctrl+Alt+D+ a number stores the layout to a space, and Alt+D and the same number restores it to that layout.

There is a slight chance that Alt+D, then 1 will return it to the default layout.

  8. Did you try Cascade on the Windows Task Bar?

  9. It's a Window inside an Application as opposed to an application though...

  10. It's likely Vegas stores the window positions in the Registry. You could try changing them there. Or maybe in an INI file in the same folder as the main EXE.
