Hi,
I'm using RipBot264 for the first time and see that it asks me when I open the m2ts, which subtitles I want to use...if I choose the ENG subtitles from the list provided, does that mean that they will be included when I convert this to a smaller Blu-ray? Or do I have to go through suprip and all that...I'd like to know before I let this encode for 30 hours...thanks.

I'm just experimenting with the program, but I believe you can include or exclude them on the Picture Properties page. Select 'Do not use subtitles' in the Subtitle box. I have the program running right now, so can't be more specific.
EDIT: Re-reading your post, you may be asking how to keep the subs or how to work with them. I don't know as I don't use them. But you can look to Baldrick's guide and get better sub info: https://forum.videohelp.com/topic358185.html
