    hey there,
    i have a video i want to edit, but there is one part i want to muffle the audio. how do i do that?

    and also, what is a good program to encode with, because i have a 2min file that sits at 132MB's. (from digital camera)

    If you can demux the audio then audacity can do your "muffling".
