  1. Ok, for the longest time I used to be able to just right click on an .avi and goto properties and it would tell me the frame rate so I would be able to convert to VCD. But recently it just stopped doing that, now under properties all the fields are blank. Does anyone know how I can get the property settings back. And if you dont know that do you know of any software packages that can give the fram rate infor to me.

    Thanks in advance
