i have a translucid bar at the bottom of my video(just above the black bar) that i changed from full screen 2 widescreen.what causes this and what do i do 2 remove this???

naw it is actually the othjer way around,it is pal 2 ntsc.a hong kong godzilla movie fullscreen 2 ntsc widescreen.

ok that make alot of sense.i live in the u.s.and nobody has told me why i have the translucid bar at the bottom.

yeah i captured the video with dazzle and converted with tmpge ntsc 352x240.in advanced i have ntsc 4.3 and i have it set at 330x180.this gives me a real good copy with no blocks in widescreen.the only prob is the bar.
