Hi, I'm using ffmpeg to encode some videos to flash for my website, but I've noticed that after the videos have been encoded they do not have any kind of seek bar or progress bar that tells you the time of the video. Everything else works great, but I cannot get a seek bar. I know it's not my player either because I have tried it with other flash videos and those ones have the seek bar. Any ideas?

Possibly the FLV files do not have meta data, such as duration, attached to it. ffmpegX uses flvtool2 (an optional separate install) to add meta data to FLV clips. Did you install flvtool2? Did you verify it working properly by checking the Process Information log ?
