I use H.264 TS Cutter V111 to cut out the commercials from the TS files recorded by Hauppauge HD PVR 1212. The cutin frametype is I-frame and cutout frametype is all frames in the settings of H.264 cutter. The output file always crash my Ulead Video Studio 11. I used the create AVCHD that came with Total Media Extreme to create a AVCHD disk and tried to playback in PS3.

The problem is sometime, the video right after the commercials that are removed would be jumpy and shaky. The audio plays ok when that happens. If this happens, it will always happen at the exact same time. But cutting out commercials doesn't always create the problem.

I tried the editing tool comes with Total Media Extreme as well, but it is hard to cut precisely. I seem to experience that something like this (C1C2C3C4 means the commercial portion)
A1A2A3A4C1C2C3C4B1B2B3B4

When I removed C1C2C3C4 and think that A1A2A3A4B1B2B3B4 will now be my video, sometimes it is like:
A1A2A3A4B1C4B2B3B4

I am wondering does TS file format interlace a small portion of previous frames? I have a experienced DVD editor but never seen something like this.

I am wondering maybe I cut the video in wrong frame? I don't know the definition of i-frame, p-frame, and b-frame but could that be the problem? How can I sure that cutting out commercials doesn't create the problem anymore? Thanks.
