Ok I just started with vcds. I d\l'd an avi and I tried using TMPGEnc to convert it to mpeg. Everytime I try it does audio fine but the video freezes at about 5-10 mins into the movie. I burnt it and the audio works all the way but the video works to only that spot where it froze. I tried splitting the file but it still freezes at 60meg chunks. Anyway to get the viedo not to freeze on me?

Did you remember to load a VCD Template after you opened your AVI file in TMPGEnc ? and if you did, did you make sure it matches your AVI in frames ?
