  1. Hi,
I have this video editing problem and i do not know what is it about last time i do not have this problem when i did my edditing.
The problem occurs when i want to save everything to video cd format it states "VBV Buffer underflow hass occured. If continued the video wont work in some decoder. Continue a
anyway?" When u click continue it continues but halfway it stops and an error occurs again this time it states "VBV buffer underflow" and you can't continue. What is the cause of the problem is it because of insufficient ram or cpu speed???
I am using AMD 1.0Ghz and 256MB SDRAM is there a problem with my system??

The VBV buffer size must be selected when you set up the MPEG encoder.
