HD Video to NERO 8

I have a Sony HDR HC 5 1080i HDV Camcorder.

My question is:

Can I capture, edit and burn an AVC HD disc in a DVD -/+ R ( normal DVD Disc ) with Nero Vision Express 5 with the video recorded with this camera on an appropriate MiniDV Tape of course if recorded in HDV format?

Looks like this is what I need too, can't see Nero Vision on the Nero site, I take it it is now included in "Nero Ultra" ?
