Hi Gang,
I've started capturing streaming audio lately using Total Recorder, but I've run into an unexpected (and annoying) problem I would like to solve...
About every minute or so I get a burst of static in my recording. Very regular. VERY ANNOYING. Makes me jump out of my shoes sometime. I a three hour recording it can drive you crazy.
My question are:
Does anyone know the cause?
Is there a proactive way to stop it in the recording process?
If not, Is there a program that will allow a macro or some other process to go through a recording and remove the static bursts? It very tedious to do it manually using mp3DirectCut.
Thanks!
Hal
