What is the best program to split or cut an edit HD videos , without losing any quality ??
like I have a film in MPEG format .. and I want to cut a port from the video to be in a new video ..

So .. what is the best program for this job ..

Mpeg format? mpeg2 or mpeg4 h264?
What container? .ts

For mpeg2 hd would I use videoredo.

DID you try videoredo? It can cut hd ts mpeg2 without reconverting.
