Is there a program I can cut (split into time intervals) FLV videos with?

Like, I have a 40 minute FLV video.

And split that into 4 10 minutes videos..

Without transcoding and losing quality of the already poor quality videos.

You can use Movica if you are interested in basic editing

I'm looking for the answer to this as well. Movica requires a 50MB .NET installation which I don't really want.

Are there any simple, basic tools that can split FLVs? Basically the opposite of FLVJoin which is a perfect program.

I found one called Ultra Video Splitter but it doesn't do things losslessly, it has to re-encode. Not only this, but things go totally out of sync. Are there any tried-and-true ones anyone knows about?

@smooth88 (grave-robbing hijacker that you are) : fill in your computer details so we know what you have. if you are running with Vista or Windows 7 you may well have the required .net files already installed.

Hehe! I'm on XP so yeah, didn't have the .NET files. When I ran the installer for Movica it led me to the .NET installer but the 50MB download deterred me.

I was just hoping for the .flv equivalent to mp3splt - something simple that can split with no fuss.
