Enter at setup press 9735 i have a message ME 061117a 2, i cant change to 0 for reguion free

I know nothing about this model, but sometimes manufacturers change firmware and whatever you used to do to change the region won't work any more. Do a search on Google and perhaps you can find more information about this model or a forum for it where others who own it might have some information.

Try this:

Setup, Vol+, Vol-, Vol+, Vol-
use left or right arrows to select region
display shows "255" for multi-region
