I have a problem of repairing my MPEG video (converted from DAT by using VCD Cutter 4.0). I've also tried to download Video-Repairer from DownloadToPC.Com, but it doesn't work. Is there any easy downloadable freeware to repair broken frames/pixels of the video (with little size)?

    Thanks.

Nope. There are basic repair tools that can repair or replace broken indexes in mpeg files - this is pretty much all most repair tools do. But if the data corruption goes deeper than that, the best you can usually do is try to cut out the corruption and join what's left back together.

It's not impossible that the MPG track has been extracted incorrectly.
Have you used IsoBuster or something similar
